Michal Rozsival Leaves Game After Twisting Ankle Backward

Blackhawks defenseman Michal Rozsival left tonight’s fourth game of Chicago’s series against the Wild with a horrific-looking ankle injury that left his skate pointing in the exact opposite direction that feet are supposed to go.

Chicago’s up 3-0 in the series, and it’s unlikely Minnesota has any chance of making it competitive; that having been said, the Wild scored just moments after Rozsival’s exit. We’re expecting news of a broken ankle or at least torn ligaments, unless Czechs are made of rubber. Which they might be!
