Mark Jackson Defends Mayweather, Pretends To Be Boxing Expert

Former NBA coach and current ESPN analyst Mark Jackson aggressively defended Floyd Mayweather’s legacy against a straw man “hater” in the middle of today’s Grizzlies-Warriors game on ABC, declaring anyone who doesn’t recognize the welterweight champion as an all-time great “doesn’t know boxing,” and that those who criticize Mayweather for being a serial domestic abuser “are not qualified to judge him as a boxer.”

Jackson, a former NBA player and non-boxer, continued to judge Mayweather as a boxer for several minutes.
